Petition Action

Make it unlawful for persons to be able to take photographs/videos of people/premises without explicit permission of the subject(s)/owner(s).

Additional Information

We the undersigned believe it can be intimidating if somebody photgraphs/videos another person or thier property without thier consent, particularly if the person capturing the photgraphs/footage is unkown to the person in the photo/footage. We firmly believe that it can amount to harassment/intimidation and therefore believe this practice should be outlawed.
