Foreign Residents Should Pay Road Tax

Additional Information

We petition our Government to implement road tax for ALL vehicles including foreign plated cars who are resident in this country, it should be the same rule for all. We see many foreign cars in car parks etc all without tax discs and yet these people reside in the UK.
