Bring back selective education

Additional Information

We want a discussion within the house on the issue of bringing back Selective Education; perhaps in a form other than that of the one abandoned previously.

Those with ability are being systematically abandoned by an ineffectual system and those better suited to vocational education are too being failed by an ideology that would rather achieve A*-C grades than the best/ most appropriate for all.
