Conduct an investigation into , weather TB in cattle is only caused by badgers or is caused by keeping them in barns ?

Additional Information

TB in cattle is said to be caused by the interaction with badgers . They should carry out an investigation to see weather cattle that are kept outside all year still get TB , compared to cattle who are kept in close convinment in barns . TB is to do with the function of the lungs , so this could also be a cause of TB , we need to found out for definate , because it is costing the tax payees millions of pounds every year .
