Election Manifestos should be a legal and binding document

Additional Information

That all political parties Election manifestos should be a legal and binding document between the Voters and the Parties. If any part of the manifesto is not put before parliament then the partry should face a Fine as a percentage of the money spent on the election, this would rise for each part of the manifesto not put before parliament. This would stop parties from including in their manifesto any thing they have no or little intention of introducing. The people of the UK have been mislead by our Political parties to often in the past this may help to rebuild the trust between the Voters and Political elite.
