July 7 th 2012 to be national fancy dress day
July the &th 2012 to be made national fancy dress day . It would be a fun day to bring brightness and colour to the country . Restoring a sense fun that I think is missing in this country at the minute . People could wear there national dress or a costume . It would open peoples eye to other cultures in our country . People could do it for charity and just think of the worldwide press it would generate . So come on everybody lets start having some fun FANCY DRESS DAY ! you know you want to . All I'd like the goverment to do is back the idea it doesn't need to be a bank holiday it wouldn't hurt buisness . But it would bring back the fun !!!!
