Find a way of funding the Skylon space plane as long as it keeps to performance indicators.

Additional Information

Skylon will cost £10 billion over 10 years. However, britains future is in advanced manufacturing and engineering. It will also ensure Britain has role in the future of space flight. It has got partial funding from the ESA. I am sure the government can find a billion a year from somewhere to fund it. It could be a gamble, but it may just pay off. Don't let the UK be behind the game again.
