Make Three Line Whip Illegal
Propose to have the Implimentation of a Three Line Whip in Parliament Illegal. The basic premise is that MP's are there to represent the people of the country as a whole not any particular party. Any supression of there basic duties is totally against the demorcratic concept and is akin to dictatorship.
