All Commons votes triggered by a petition should be free
If more than 100,000 people sign a petition and the issue it pertains to goes to the House of Commons the vote on it should be free. No party should be able to restrict their MPs from voting on the issue in the way they see fit. There should be no whips imposed on votes demanded by a petition.
