Traffic congestion relief
Large Goods Vehicle (defined as HGV's, MGV's, and LGV's) to be banned from overtaking on a dual carriageway (or using the outermost lane on a motorway) between the hours of 07:00 and 10:00, and the hours of 16:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday.
