Give votes urgently to 2 million Brits excluded from the referendum and election
Perhaps 2 million British Citizens, many living in the EU, were barred from voting in the recent referendum and election.
Two Tory-Party manifestos promised them 'Votes for Life'.
Enfranchise the 2 million immediately so that all future voting may be more fairly representative.
What does being British mean if you can’t vote?
Petition https://petition.parliament.uk/archived/petitions/166615 called for votes for 5½ million people barred from the Brexit referendum. Since the 3 excluded groups did not all receive support, the petition is relaunched as 3 separate ones. The issue is urgent because with an unstable Government a new election or referendum may occur at any moment.
Numbers come from 2014-15 ONS and UN data. For details visit http://bit.ly/2cn7hrO

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
If you'd like all British citizens living abroad to be able to vote in general elections and referendums, you may wish to sign this petition:
petition.parliament.uk/petitions/200005
Otherwise, you could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
