Make those who want Brexit pay for it.
The Chancellor of the Exchequer should introduce tax measures in the next budget to ensure that those who campaigned for and/or voted for the UK to leave the EU should pay any net cost arising from Brexit. The funds raised should be Spent on the NHS.
