Robert Black ex-Chief Exec of K&C Tenant Assoc should no longer be paid
Robert Black was Chief Executive of Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Association at the time of the Grenfell Tower fire. He resigned in the wake of the fire. He is still being paid.
