Trigger a by-election in the constituency of Newton Abbot.
Despite suspension from the Conservative party for racist language in July 2017, Anne Marie Morris is still active and able to vote in Parliament as an Independent MP.
However, this was not brought to the attention of her constituents, who were not offered the democratic option of a by-election.

We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for MPs to be sacked or fired.
The resignation of an MP would be an individual decision for that person, and not a decision for the Government or Parliament as a whole.
