Spend UK aid budget on overseas territories Irma relief.
Under international rules Anguilla, Turk and Caicos and the British Virgin Islands are considered too wealthy to qualify for assistance. The government should help by giving, reducing the aid budget and then explaining why we have cut the budget. As Churchill would have said "Action this day".
