Review the law on Foreign Aid which cannot be used aid to Caribbean countries.
News item on 14 Sept quoting that Foreign Aid (FA) cannot be used for this immediate requirement to help Caribbean islands as they are too well off. If this is not the correct use of FA then what on earth is?
Surely this is just wrong. Tax payers across the country must be absolutely furious at this example of folly. What on earth are our elected politian's doing allowing such a stupid law.
