Petition Details

young people are bombarded with images that make them feel bad about themselves. These images are often fantasy versions of other people which are unobtainable and should therefore not be broadcast to the population, this includes photo shopped images, filters and edits. Keep it real.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We're not sure whether you'd like all altered images to be banned, or only images of people.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
