Foreign hgv drivers should pass a CPC and module 4 test in order to get hgv jobs
All foreign HGV drivers who did not passed a CPC test in UK should be forced to pass a CPC test and module 4 before getting a lorry driver job. This would make UK motorways and roads more safely.
2 major crashes with 12 people died , including children because of dangerous driving caused by lorry drivers

If you would like the Government to require all HGV drivers using UK roads to pass a UK CPC test and module 4, once the UK has left the EU, we could accept a petition asking for that.
