Make Coal Callers to all emergency services a criminal offence
So after watching a lot of emergency services programmes etc, the amount of coal callers they get is incredibly high and they still have to attend, this need to stop, and should become a Criminal offence and have Jail time, because whilst their attending a coal caller, someone could be dying.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Making hoax calls to the emergency services is already a criminal offence under Section 43 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 and Section 49 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.
We're therefore not sure what you would like the UK Government or Parliament to do. You could start a petition asking for the law to be changed, for example, by introducing a minimum jail sentence for hoax calls to the emergency services.
