Reduce the amount of time from 5 years to 3 for a divorce without consent.

Petition Details

You can divorce with their consent after 2 years separation but if they decide not to consent you then have to wait 5 years and you can divorce without their consent. 5 years is too long and more than double the 2 years with consent.
