Petition Details

Current school bullying policies are not legally enforced nor do they have to when it comes to physical attacks violence etc and should be made legal for all state schools to enforce where as currently there hands are tied cause bullying policies are being misinterpreted unclear

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure what powers you would like schools to be given.

You can find out more about the Government's guidance for schools on preventing and responding to bullying here: www.gov.uk/government/publications/preventing-and-tackling-bullying

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do. We can only accept petitions from named individuals, not organisations.
