Protection Of the Elderly and Vulnerable Against Scamming Companies. Many fake companies make cold calls and sign the elderly and vulnerable into an unsigned contract to pay money for a service which is not wanted. Although you ask for this contract to be immediately cancelled they threaten legal action if you don't pay.
