Police required by law to pursue suspects not wearing a helmet

Petition Details

Every day there is more and more crime on motorbikes/mopeds etc. If the people riding them aren’t wearing a helmet, they know that the police cannot pursue them. They are laughing and getting away with it. Enough is enough. If they're big enough to do the crime, they're big enough to take the risk.
