Petition Action

Deport/Confine all suspected terrorists by abolishing The Human Rights Act 1998

Petition Details

Our security agencies currently have 3000 suspected terrorists under watch with more than 40 known foreign terrorists have used human rights laws to remain in the UK; costing taxpayers millions of pounds per year.

We want the Home Office to deport/confine all that pose a danger to UK citizens.

Additional Information

Our security organisations are overstretched & unable to stop these already "KNOWN" Terrorists who are attacking & killing our people, including children. Put them in confinement or deport them to save lives & ease pressure on our security services.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

Abolishing the Human Rights Act 1998 would not, on its own, enable the UK Government to take this action. We're therefore not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
