Amend building regulations to ban use of wooden/ laminate flooring in flats.
Wooden and laminate floors in non-ground floor flats can make life very difficult for people living in flats below. The noise can be unbearable.
Building regulations should be amended to ban the use of such flooring in non-ground floor flats.
