Change a law "duty of care " this law needs to be decided after a case is heard
A friend lost her son from an illness that could have been avoided if her son was housed in time by the local council She lost her court case on this duty of care law which is decided before hearing full facts of a case whether there was A duty of care should be decided AFTER hearing all the facts
