Introduce child parking permits to parents of children aged 5 and under
Since having my baby, I have found it almost impossible to park in a child parking bay when food shopping etc, as drivers with no children are taking them up instead. I think it would be beneficial, for parents of children aged 5 and under, to have the opportunity to apply for a child parking permit

If you'd like the scheme to be available in the whole of the UK, you could start a petition asking for that.
