Petition Action

Renegotiate Human Rights Act

Additional Information

Renegotiate the European Human Rights Act.

It is currently inadequate, unbalanced and allows criminals and various offenders to claim rights which justice dictates they do no deserve or do not allow to others.

It does not currently favour the rights of the victims of crime over those of the perpetrator of that crime as it should do.

It currently favours the rights of those who incite violence and hatred and those who commit crimes over the rights of the general population to live in a community free from crime. it does not currently allow proper punishment or deportation of criminals and offenders as it should and must be rebalanced.
