Political manifesto promises must be honoured within the first term of office, or a general election will be automatically instigated
The electorate have become cynical and mistrusting of politicians due to their consistent making of pre election promises, which they then renege on once elected. It should be enshrined in Law that this cynical behaviour will result in the automatic commencement of a general election if they have not acted upon their promises within two years of election.
