Scrap TFL & Replace it with a Central Government Miinisterial Department.
Scrap TFL and take it back under central government controll.
TFL is a failed organisation which is inefficient in expenditure and ineffective in policy implementation.
A good example of TFL's failiure is the failure to renew ubers operating license by pandering to ludites and xenophobes.

We're not sure whether you'd like London public transport to be under the control of central UK government - perhaps as an additional responsibility of the existing Department for Transport - or whether you would like it to be a department or public body in its own right.
