Additional Information

It seems that it is possible to sign any e-petition any number of times (you just need more than one email account). It is therefore possible that the debate being held in the House Of Commons tonight (24-10-2011) may not have been signed by over 100,000 individuals. This service should be suspended and consideration be given to postponing all existing e-Petitions until this basic IT fault is eradicated.

You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.

You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
