Take action against Romania for the way it fails to manage its stray dog issue
A country of the EU is allowed to treat its animals so inhumanely. So many investigative reports written, so many petitions raised but still it continues. We must take action to stop this mass cruelty. MK Gandhi, “The greatness of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated”.
