Make ALL DWP Decision makers and assessors responsible for their decisions.
A friend ended her life after being scored 0 points after transfering to PIP from DLA, after being awarded DLA for life.
The assessors report was a pack of lies, as most seem to be so i'm told.
The need to personally be held to account and answer to criminal charges, including manslaughter.
