UK must apologise for Balfour Declaration and commit to Mideast peace efforts

Petition Details

We call on Her Majesty's government, led by Prime Minister Theresa May, to officially apologise to the Palestinian people for issuing the Balfour Declaration in 1917.

Additional Information

Balfour, a public statement issued by the British government during World War I announcing support for the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine, has led to mass displacement of the Palestinian nation. November 7 2017 will mark 100 years since Balfour.
