Regulate online ticket resales to stop exorbitant resales and ticket touts
Stricter regulation in regards to the resale of all event tickets, in order to stop exorbitant resales from touts who buy only to resell online with minutes but at hugely inflated prices.
Resale for genuine reasons to be set at ticket face value only, with the seller picking up all relisting fees
