To apply within the confines of an airport, or on board an aircraft (especially where this threatens the safety of the aircraft, crew or passengers). A mandatory 2-year ban from flying with any airline operating flights from the U.K., 5 years for a second offence, a life ban for any third offence.
People arrested for drunkenness on planes has doubled in the last year.
