Pass a law meaning cats being hit by vehicles have to be reported,Just like dogs
Many cats each year are hit by cars and just left on roadsides to die or to continue being run over. Accidents happen, however this should be reported so that the cat can get medical attention and owners can be informed about their cat, either if it is hospitalised in a vets or if it has passed away
