Stop the resale of tickets at inflated prices on secondary sites
Tickets are being bought from sites and are getting sold to third party sellers for a price meaning real fans are missing out. Reselling of football tickets is illegal under section 116 criminal justice and order act 1994. why won't this law apply the same for concerts and other sporting events?

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you're concerned about the reselling of tickets, but we're not sure exactly what action you'd like the Government or Parliament to take.
You could start a petition calling for Parliament to change the law to ban the resale of tickets for more than their face value, if that's what you would like to happen.
