Introduce a plastic tax and a plastic bottle return scheme
700 thousand plastic bottles are littered in the UK every day. Each bottle can take 450 years to break down. These bottles end up in our oceans, in our fish and ultimately to us. By bringing in a plastic bottle return scheme people could get cash back on plastic bottles and help the environment
