Make it illegal to hit and run any domestic animal, eg. Cats
In hadfield over the past few days far to many cats have been killed by cars and just left at the side of the road. The number of cats being killed in hadfield seems to high for it to be an unfortunate accident. It seems some people have been aiming for the cats and it needs to stop now. Please help
