Recognize the result of the Catalan referendum according to ICCPR and UN law.
The referendum in Catalonia set for the 1st of October 2017 is a political process driven by popular vote and a democratically elected coalition government. The roots of this process lie in the shortcomings of the Spanish democracy post the dissolution of Franco's dictatorship. Let people decide.
