Stop excessive landlord and letting agent fees.

Petition Details

There has been a lot of consultation and recommendations, but there has not been clarity and this needs to be clarified.
We are seeing Administration fees of between £100- £700 that's a month and a half rent in some parts of the country.
Why isn't there legislation or guidance on fees.
