Scrap e-petitions until we have democratic government
The successful e-petition demanding a referendum on EU membership was a sham. An undemocratic 3 line whip was used to prevent democracy and will be used again - this whole expensive procedure is a charade.
Also the website direct.gov.uk should be renamed as it breaches advertising standards.
