Condemn The Kingdom of Spain for their violence against the Catalan people
After the independence referendum in Catalonia, the Spanish police have been brutal in their response to those that are pro-independence. The UK government should condemn this and, all actions against democracy.
According to the Catalan health service, 761 people have been injured in baton charges and forced entries by the Spanish police and the Guardia Civil during attacks on polling stations on 1 October 2017. Forces of the Spanish State have used rubber bullets in their actions, which have been banned in Catalonia since 2014.
