Make All Cyclists wear an Helmet on the Highway by Law.
Many Cyclists are injured or die due to Not wearing an Helmet, this not Only would Safe lives but cut Hospitals costs, as per Motorcycles who have to makes sense for Cyclists as well.
Cyclists are very vulnerable on the Highways today with the amount of Traffic and Foreign Vehicles, let’s try to protect them, it should be common sense to them but as seen many do not.
