Cease to publicly fund the BBC from license fees.
The BBC as a publicly funded broadcasting service has a responsibility to operate independent of government in an unbiased and balanced way. Since the referendum, the BBC has become progressively exposed as an organ of government.
There have been clear instants where many items likely to strike discord with the government’s position on Brexit have been distorted or ignored by decision makers. Major demonstrations in London and the Manchester 1st October 2017 demonstration by more than 50,000 people who travelled from all over the United Kingdom, received no national coverage by the BBC despite being featured by all other news media.
The BBC is now a publicly funded Tory government propaganda organisation.
