Call an immediate election if anything in a manifesto is not actioned as stated
A manifesto is the basis on which a party is elected. It is used to gain the faith of the voters. Any amendment once in government creates a fundamental issue of trust which should not be tolerated. If a government can change its mind, then the people who voted should have the opportunity to do so
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We understand that you're concerned about ensuring that governments implement their manifestos, but we're not sure how you would like this to be done. For example, we're not sure who you would like to be responsible for deciding whether a manifesto commitment has been implemented.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
