Authorise a judicial review into Operation Conifer.
Some 2 million pounds have been spent on operation Conifer.
A judicial review should be made with unrestricted access to all the evidence collected to look at the conduct of Wiltshire police but in particular Superintendant Memory and his Chief Superintendant.
In August 2015, a police superintendent stood outside the former home of Sir Edward Heath and made an appeal for “victims” of sex abuse by the former prime minister to come forward.
In the shadow of Salisbury Cathedral, Sean Memory stated (wrongly) that Heath had been named in relation to offences concerning children. Immediately following this egregious statement Operation Conifer was launched.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for authorising judicial reviews.
