Impose criminal penalties on elected officials who lie to the public
Confidence in our democracy is waning. Over the last eighteen months the public have been misled on so many topics that it has been impossible to make informed decisions.
Elected officials need to be trusted as a source of information, and must be held accountable if they abuse that trust.
