Remove PSCO's from all police forces and train them to be police officers
I am a college student who is studying public services and would like to see crime levels reduced in my community. The reason I would like to remove PCSO's as i witnessed a situation were a PCSO was threatened and she couldn't do anything but run away as she didn't have the powers to arrest.
